Francoise Dugourd-caput lives and works in the Basque Country.
Self-educated painter, born in 1954 in Algeria. As of its more young age, the drawing was its refuge, painting its resource when, adult, it devoted his life to his family and his work of nurse.
She developed her technique, initially figurative, then turned to the lyric abstraction, significant and emotional, while sharing moments of exchanges in associative workshops, where its technique continued.
She translates her vision of a merry and optimistic interior world, bringing light and joy through explosions of colors, soft and contrasted dissolves, strong and enveloping movements. She continues a ceaseless research of the play between imagination and the abstraction, the color and the light, the transparency and the matter.
Was formed with the techniques artistic in workshops for adults, in Bordeaux then in the Basque Country.
Many local exposures between 1989 and 2007, then becomes professional, and exposes regularly:
In GMAC Bastille in Paris, Living room of Malo Saint, Royan, on all France.
Is represented by the Gallery Reg' Arts of Bordeaux and the Scarf of Toulouse
